Its true I am back on the Bioderma hype with the Sensibio H2O, I fell in love with a little sample I got back last year in a Birchbox, I took it to Italy with me and I loved it its something surprisingly I really enjoyed using the dirt I could see coming off my face onto those cotton pads was weirdly satisfying… Is that strange ?. It was travel size and with 10kg allowance I thought this will be ideal to travel with and I was right. Since then I have wanted to buy it again but never got round to it as I have a great cleanser, this however was buy 1 get 1 free on Escentual in March for the 250ml size so I couldn’t say no ! This is the last of the mini haul I did, although I have just had to buy Jonny his own Effaclar Duo + as he was a bit jealous i think of the results I was getting.
You’ve heard a million reviews of this before but here’s mine as well. Luckily this gem is more accessible to us over here in the UK now and a lot of pharmacy’s now stock the full range. But here’s how I find it and why it works for my skin. I don’t tend to use this to take my make-up off unless I’m hardly wearing any so on holiday its perfect as I think I use too much of the solution daily, one soaked cotton pad a day adds up. For me I like to use this daily as more of a toner after cleansing I take the cotton pad damp but not soaking and glide across my face and its a good thing I do because eww the dirt and grime that is still left on my face is terrible.
How this stuff is so skin friendly yet can remove waterproof mascara I will never know but I can tell you I know why its a cult product its bloody amazing that’s why. My stupid face hates me unless its been nicely tanned and had its dose of sun, I am pale and breaking out and my skin is super sensitive, face wipes make me look red and blotchy and I always end up with panda eyes but not with this.
I have combination skin so this one for sensitive skin is great though I would like to try the one for Dry Skin .. it comes in a blue bottle if you’ve not seen that one yet. I got 2 of these for £9.99 !!! and even better is that Escentual now have the 500ml for what I believe is only a limited amount of time and that’s £14.50 so still cheaper than buying 2 when they are not on the offer I got.
This is the first and only Micelle water solution I have tried so I would love to know your thoughts on the Loreal and Garnier ones and any other ones you have tired !
