I have found it hard when feeling ill to try and feel positive all the time and look forward to the outcome and the benefits. I know it can be really hard to pick yourself up when really your feeling pretty down in the dumps. So after the first post in this mini series helped to get you in the right atmosphere with the Aromatherapy Associates Joy Candle. This is sure to help you get into the perfect frame of mind.
This is the Aromatherapy Associates Instant Inner Strength* and when you’re not feeling 100% it can help make you feel a little more alive in a sense and give you that need umph. I know that when I will my self to feel better it does help and this does that too and kicks your mind into feeling more upbeat super speedily.
This is a glass bottle (10ml) with a metal roller ball that you rub onto your pulse points to give an instant uplifting feel, just sit back and breath in the inner strength scent. Like the other inner strength products 10% of the proceeds go to the Defence Against Cancer Charity too which is a lovely, lovely gesture!
Like the Joy candle it is perfectly packaged in the same teal blue box with a ribbon pull tab to open the box drawer. It is so sturdy and I don’t feel like the glass bottle will smash which you get with some packaging once again showing the quality of all their products! I keep this by my bed and roll it just under my ears and on my wrists before bed at the moment. I am struggling to sleep and become agitated and this really helps me to calm and refresh my mind before bed.
I put this on before I headed in for my op as well just as a pick me up and I really felt it just made me panic less which to be honest I needed as although I was putting on a bit of a front, I was terrified. I am not normally one to use products like this as some I think just smell nice but don’t do much. This however I could feel working making me relaxing, I knew then it was a good idea as on trying it I thought what the hell I may as well try it and I am honestly so glad I gave it a chance that morning!
The Aromatherapy Associates website no longer stocks this but you can still get it for the same price of £15 at Cult Beauty
What do you use to give you a boost when you’re feeling down? Would you give this a go?
