I always love the middle of the month when my My Little Box is due, I see it as a mid month treat and I always love how creative and inventive each months theme is. This month was no difference and its theme was Provence now I presume you do know but if you don’t Provence is a beautiful region in France (the home of My Little Box) You will see a brand heavily features in this months box that originates from there too and its a brand I love… a lot!
The instant feel from this box is a relaxed one and you can see from the images its made to relax and transport you to the cobbled streets and beautiful fields of Provence. I love this art too as anything that mentions naps instantly chimes a bell for me.
Now we will start with this magnet set, it is cute but personally I wont get any use out of it. I love some of the styles she can be dressed in but my goddaughter may like this more than me. Thats not to say its not cute though. RRP £6
Inside a little box was this ‘Sunny Cuff’ a gorgeous gold cuff that can be a DIY masterpiece. It comes with two colours of thread and online you can find the tutorial to make it personal to you. I will just rock the simple golden look and think it will look fabulous with a maxi this summer. RRP £15
Onto the focus brand …. L’occitane, this box came with 4 samples from the brand! The First is the ‘Mer & Mistral Shower Gel it has a sea breeze sent and look. Light blue in colour and simple packaging but also versatile as I fee this scent is unisex. RRP £12 (for 175ml full size)
Verbena Body Lotion was next up I like the smell but i hate the bottle, Its really hard to squeeze the product out but once you do the lotion is fresh and leaves the skin soft and not sticky or greasy. RRP £20 (for 250ml full size)
I love their hand creams and recently just finished my last so this ‘Roses Et Reines Hands & Nail Cream’ This rose scent one is amazing its a strong scent that may deter some but I love rose scented stuff and it makes me think of summers in my nan and grandads garden while they pottered about. The consistency of this is nicer than some of their original ones and rubs in a lot better. RRP £14 (for 75ml full size)
To go with the body lotion there is also the Verbena Leaf Soap. I am not normally one to use bars of soap to cleans and exfoliate my skin as they can case a faff but this one claims to act like a scrub yet feel creamy on the skin something I haven’t had before so I may give this one a shot and see how it goes. RRP £4.50 (for 75g full size)
You always get an own branded beauty bit in you box and this month was the same though I am very happy. This is the My Little Beauty Amazing Pencil. It doesn’t have its own name but its a lovely creamy metallic brown pencil shadow, incredibly blendable and is perfect for the lower lash line and otter crease to create a little drama. RRP £9
Over all I am like always really happy with this months box, its not my favourite but its still great with lots of stuff I or my mum (who loves to try out what I don’t) will love to try out.
What do you think of this months My Little Box? Do you sub to it?
