Dress c/o Chic Hangers v-neck throw on drape dress £38 (similar from French Connection), Hat H&M (similar from Boohoo) Bag Ted Baker sale £55 (simialr Ted Baker bag) Shoes Kurt Geiger Mabel sale at shoeaholics £19 (similar from Office) Bracelet Monica Vinader Fiji Bracelet in Brown £125
Two fashion posts in a row.. I know right, however I am slightly happier with theses photos (note that is slightly) A few weeks ago I took part in the #BHTWITTERPARTY and was lucky enough to be chosen to pick an item of my choice from Chic Hangers a brand I hadn’t heard of before but as soon as I saw this throw on dress I knew what I was going to pick. A light weight cotton oversized dress that you can dress up or play down. I went for a little monochrome look with simple gold hardware and accessories a combo I love.
Paired with my bargain Kurt Geiger Mabel sandals that I did a post a bout a while ago on my Shoeaholics Sale Buys, my new Monica Vinader fiji bracelet that I had been after for ages next one will be the rose gold version and I plan to create a little collection of them to pair with different outfits. To add a festival, casual element to the look I added this great h&m fedora hat that I got ages ago though I am not a hat wearer usually I have always wanted to be able to pull one off to am trying to style looks with it. Then to pull the outfit together is this great Ted Baker bag, I am unsure of the name but I picked it up in the sale for £55 instead of £109 its small but spacious great for those summer parties where this look would work well.
The dress is light weight and easy to wear but its a 10 and it very very oversized, an 8 probably would have been better as it falls off my shoulders and its a creaser yep so beware when sitting down!
What do you think of this outfit, common guys honest feedback I want to get better at fashion posts! 🙂
