Ohhh Autumn, you bring so much good stuff. Warm cosy knits, crunchy leaves on the ground, crisp morning and the start of good food season meaning for me pumpkin spiced lattes.
Today I have a little quick and easy recipe for you with a twist that is perfect for a chilly day or after dinner treat for you and your guests. It is so quick and easy and of course a little boozy thanks to Baileys Pumpkin Spice.
Baileys Pumpkin Spiced Latte
A boozy take on the fall favourite, the pumpkin spiced latte.

- 150 ml Coffee
- 50 ml Milk (or milk alternative)
- Whipped cream
- Nutmeg
Instructions
-
Pour 150ml of your favourite coffee into a mug
-
Add 50ml of Baileys pumpkin spice
-
Top off with 50ml of milk or your favourite alternative
-
Garnish with a squirt of whipped cream, sprinkle some nutmeg and pop in a cinnamon stick if you have one!
I love this type of drink! Better than a mulled win but still delicious and nice to have after a long day at work or a big Sunday roast. Plus it is made in minutes and is utterly delicious.

Does this Baileys taste any different to the original Baileys? I’m not a fan of the original but LOVE pumpkin spice, so am curious!

I think it does, it is lovely in coffee or hot choc but actually really nice just over ice. The vanilla cinnamon one is delicious too! xx
